 Purpose

The website www.spanishwonders.travel (hereafter, the “Website”) is owned by SPANISH WONDERS TRAVEL, S.L. (hereafter, “The Provider”) and provides Users with this document with which it intends to comply with the obligations established in Law 34/2002, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), in addition to informing all website Users of the general conditions of use of the website.

The Provider supplies the content and services available on the Website, subject to these General Conditions of Use and the policy on the processing of personal data (hereafter “Privacy Policy”). Access to this Website or its use, in any way, qualifies as a “User” and implies the unreserved acceptance of all General Conditions of Use. The Provider reserves the right to modify these at any time.

Consequently, all Users are responsible for the careful reading of the conditions each time they access this Website. If the user does not agree with any of the conditions here outlined, they must refrain from using the Website.

· Security or browsing errors produced by a browser error or by the use of out of date versions.

· Social conflicts, strikes, uprising, explosions, floods, acts or Government actions.

The User agrees to make legal, appropriate use of the Website, in addition to its contents and services, in accordance with the legislation in force at all times; the Website Conditions of Use; generally acceptable moral, good habits and public order.

The User should facilitate truthful information upon providing their personal details when completing the forms contained on the website and keep them updated at all times, ensuring that they are always in keeping with the current situation.

The user will be the only party responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made, and any damages caused by The Provider or to third parties, caused by the information provided.

Despite what has been established in the previous section, the User should also refrain from:

If the User negligently or maliciously fails to comply with any of the obligations established in these General Conditions of Use, they shall be liable for any damages that may result from such failure by The Provider.

The Website includes links to other websites managed by third parties. As The Provider cannot always control the contents uploaded by third parties to the website, The Provider does not assume any responsibility for this content. In any case, The Provider states that it will proceed to immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, proceeding to the immediate removal of the redirection to said website, informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

Intellectual and Industrial property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its functioning, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are property of The Provider or as the case may be, licenced or authorised by the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property regulations, in addition to being registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing always requires prior written authorisation by The Provider. Any non-authorised use by The Provider will be considered a serious breach of the author’s Intellectual and Industrial property rights.

Duration and termination

The provision of the service of this Website and the other services are, in principle, of indefinite duration. However, The Provider may terminate or suspend any of the portal services. When this is possible, The Provider will inform of the termination or suspension of the provision of the determined service.

Dispute resolution. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use of the Website shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid.

In the event that any provision established in these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or invalid as a whole. In such cases, The Provider shall modify or replace the said stipulation with another that is both valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and claim reflected in the initial stipulation.

This privacy policy relates to Spanish Wonders Travel S.L. and notifies of the ways in which we process the personal data which you provide or will provide during browsing, in addition to the data protection policy which will be applied to said data in order for you to freely and voluntarily decide whether or not you are willing to provide us with this data by continuing browsing.

  • To facilitate the organisation of our services as a DMC travel agent in Spain.
  • To carry out satisfaction surveys
  • To process commissions, requirements or any type of requests that you make by way of any of the means of contact we make available to the user on the Website.
  • To send commercial and advertising correspondence via email, Whatsapp, SMS or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, which facilitates commercial communication. Said commercial correspondence will be related to the services we offer, now or in the future, in addition to information from our collaborators. In this case, third-parties will never have access to personal data.

DATA PRESERVATION

Your personal data will be blocked once it is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose or purposes for which they were collected and are for exclusive use by Judges and Tribunals, Prosecution Service and competent Administrations, in particular Data Protection and for the possible responsibilities arising from the data processing during their prescription process. Once the aforementioned deadline has been met, the data will be destroyed.

NO DATA TRANSFER

Spanish Wonders Travel, S.L expressly informs you that in no case will your personal data be transferred to third parties. Any exception to this rule will require your prior, express and clear consent.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

Spanish Wonders Travel, S.L. has a profile on some of the main social networking sites on the Internet (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, amongst others). The data processing which will be carried out using the Follower data will be, at most, that which the social network permits corporate profiles. Therefore, Spanish Wonders Travel, S.L may notify its followers, by any means permitted by the social network, regarding its activities and offers. In no instance will it extract data from social networks without prior permission from the user.

INFORMATION REGARDING EXCHANGE OF DATA. IP ADDRESSES

The exchange of data including the name of the access provider, IP address, access date and time, links to other similar information which may be provided while browsing the Website. If this data is collected, it will be processed anonymously and with the sole purpose of providing visit statistics relating to our Website.

A means by which to collect supplementary information regarding your visits to our website is by registering your PC IP address or protocol. This IP protocol is a number which is automatically assigned to your system every time you browse. Any website you access immediately detects your PC using its IP address.
